Set against a late-February snowstorm, Fran and Joe’s wedding at The Estate at Florentine Gardens was a masterclass in winter elegance. The couple infused their day with highly personalized, bespoke details—from a European-inspired grape and candlelight seating display to a vintage audio phone and a custom racing helmet guestbook.
As their day-of coordinators, The Butterfly Effect Weddings team stepped in during a chaotic blizzard week to completely take over vendor communications and protect the bride's peace. On the wedding day, we managed a flawless timeline, orchestrated seamless floral room flips—repurposing the ceremony mantle and bridesmaids' bouquets into the reception space—and ran interference so Fran and Joe could simply show up, celebrate, and stay fully present for every unforgettable moment.
