The Planning Experience: Full scope of Full Service Planning & Design, custom visual design deck, international/long-distance vendor sourcing, local legalities/customs research, travel/accommodation logistics guidance, and pre-wedding event planning (rehearsal dinner or welcome party).

On The Day: Dedicated multi-day on-site command by both Jenna & Amalia, covering pre-wedding event coordination, master event day execution (up to 12 hours), guest concierge, and complete vendor breakdown oversight. (Client is responsible for actual flight, hotel, ground transport, and daily per-planner stipend costs at actual cost).

Pay-in-Full Incentive: We offer a 5% courtesy for Wedding Day Management packages when the total investment is settled in full at the time of booking.

Holiday Celebrations: A 20% production premium is applied to weddings hosted on major holiday weekends (including Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, and long weekend holidays), reflecting our team's dedicated presence during these high-demand dates.

Professional & Scope Boundaries: To maintain our role as your expert creative directors and logistics coordinators, our team focuses strictly on planning, design direction, and event oversight. For insurance and liability reasons, our team does not perform catering services, bartending/alcohol service, heavy furniture moving, ladder-based floral/drapery installations, or busing tables.

Private Estates & Custom Additions: Celebrations hosted at private residences, tented properties, or raw spaces lacking built-in venue infrastructure require specialized multi-day management and are quoted based on the scale of the build. We are also happy to provide custom proposals for rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and farewell brunches.
