Day of Coordination
(On-site management on the day only)

~Starting at $1,500

This package is designed for couples who have planned all the details and want a flawless, stress-free wedding day. Starting one week before the wedding, we step in to handle all the logistics so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

Full-day, on-site management and coordination by two expert coordinators for up to 10 hours (additional hours available at upon request).
Seamless vendor liaison and coordination day of.
Set up and breakdown of personal items including table decor (excluding tableware and table settings), guest book, card box, name cards, favors etc. Items must be approved prior.
Guest hospitality, including guiding guests to their seats and providing assistance as needed.
Manage final vendor payments and gratuities.
Complimentary full access to our essential "emergency kit".

*An additional month of planning can be added on for $1K per month

*A final venue walkthrough can be added for an additional $500.

*Bridal Shower planning and/or rehearsal dinner planning can be added at an additional cost of $1,000 each (On-site management can also be added at an additional cost of $500 each depending on availability).

* An additional fee of $500 applies to backyard weddings or venues without a dedicated venue coordinator.

This package is for the couple who has handled the details and wants a seamless final month and a flawless wedding day.

Focused support for the final month, including 1-3 virtual planning meetings and unlimited emails/texts through Whatsapp.
Seamless vendor liaison and coordination.
Timeline development and finalization.
Essential digital planning tools and support for a stress-free experience.
Signage design consultation.
Full-day, on-site management and coordination by two expert coordinators for up to 10 hours (additional hours available at upon request)
Set up and breakdown of personal items including table decor, guest book, card box, favors etc.
Guest hospitality, including guiding guests to their seats and providing assistance as needed
Manage final vendor payments and gratuities

All-inclusive planning from vision to reality starting a year or more in advance of wedding day.

One venue site visit prior to wedding day (travel fees not included).

Wedding Consultations

~$100 per hour

Feeling a bit lost in the wedding planning process? Get the expert advice you need with our personalized, hourly consultations. This service is designed to give you clarity and confidence, whether you need help with vendor selection, budget management, timeline creation, or just want to brainstorm ideas. For just $100 per hour, we'll help you tackle your biggest planning challenges so you can move forward with ease.

Important Policies

*5% off for day of coordination and month of coordination paid in full. The paid-in-full discount does not apply to any weddings booked less than 30 days in advance or for any other packages.

*A 20% package fee will be applied to weddings on major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day). No discounts apply to these dates.

*For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot serve food or drinks, bus tables, hang decor that requires a ladder, or move heavy items that require machinery.
