ABOUT THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT WEDDINGS
It all began with a simple swipe on Bumble in the summer of 2020. Jenna, smitten by Amalia’s smile, swiped right and a chance encounter turned into a whirlwind romance filled with laughter, love, and our furry companion, Nutella.
But our story—and the soul of this business—is also rooted in a deeper legacy. Shortly after we began this journey together, Amalia’s father passed away. He was an amazing businessman who taught her everything about the business world and how to lead with a full heart. In the days that followed, he began sending signs: butterflies appeared everywhere, from immediately outside his hospital room to the path on the way to his funeral.
Since then, butterflies have miraculously appeared at every single wedding we work—a sticker on a car, a prop in a photo booth, or a tiny detail on a napkin. It was his final lesson in the "Butterfly Effect": the idea that one small act of love, one chance meeting, or one person’s legacy creates a ripple that transforms everything.
We realized that every wedding is its own "Butterfly Effect." It starts as a small "caterpillar" of an idea and, through a series of intentional moments, grows into something that takes flight. We renamed our business to honor this connection, growth, and the spirit of the man who taught us how to run a business with passion.
